Crying when taking the lead by 1 score

Very weird. It’s like that was the winner. Even though it’s not and it’s been seen time and again it isn’t. Just strange to me with 15-20 left.

Gakpo has had a hell of a year, his wife lost their baby just recently

He and his wife announced their miscarriage earlier today. Emotional day all around for him

These dudes work their entire life to make it to the world cup. The ones that make it get like 1, maybe 2 chances to play in one.

Scoring in a world cup is the absolute zenith of their lives. I don't even know why I'm having to explain this to someone.

Not to mention the loss of his teammate earlier this year in a tragic accident. Rough year all around.
