Sure. at college extra point range id give myself a 70% clip.

*given that i got to warm up pregame and kick into a net which you have to allow because even NFL kickers do that.

I have a better chance of making an XP than one FT in a packed arena.

Probably the same chances Cade York has on performing my job successfully with one chance and zero training or practice…very little.

I'd hit it most of the time in practice. Extra point height and distance is not that difficult if you've ever kicked at all or are somewhat coordinated. But in a game trying to time the snap, clear the bodies on the line, and do it quick enough to avoid the rush? Not likely at all.

Real game? 0%.

No opposing players, I've done it. But my second attempt was a ground ball.

I used to say this until I started going to fan fests for big games and they had the kicking areas. It was insane to me how many people could barely get the ball in the air with absolutely no power off a peewee tee.

Our high school practices on Thursdays on game weeks were basically a walk through with no pads. A bunch of us would take turns kicking while we weren't practicing. I was good to about 40 off a tee, and around 30 with someone holding. But there's very little chance I could make a PAT with a snap/hold and rushers.

College extra point? I could do it easily.

NFL extra point would be a little trickier

In a live game the biggest concern is timing. Half a second too late and its getting blocked. 2 tenths of a second too early and you'll kick the holders hand.

Physically kicking the ball over the crossbar is fairly easy, but between timing, the defense and fans, most people here would have a 5% chance

It’s not as easy as it looks to get the ball high enough to get over. I’d say 1/10 posters on this board could get it on the first try

This would be my issue I think. I got it over at the 2020 NC Game fanfest deal (just with the little tripod ball holder, not a tee, and right at XP length), but it was pretty low going over.

With absolutely no practice and no feel for how high I need to kick it and without proper form, probably 27% chance of making it.

With some warmup time(just like the kickers get in game) I’d say 59% chance of making it.

With 12 minutes of coaching the day before and then warmup time I’d say 73% chance of making it.

An extra point? Honestly yeah. I played soccer and tennis and my legs are still very strong at 48. If I did miss it would be wide not short. Can't imagine not having the leg for it. I'd put my odds at 75% to make the kick.
