Good. I love when these football factories (Curtis, WM, Barbe (for baseball) lose.

Comparing ANYONE in Louisiana with what IMG does is comical.

Is/was West Monroe a football factory?

Figured you’d pop up and defend your school. It is what it is. At one time it was Evangel, Curtis, and WM bending rules to run the football scene in Louisiana. They were football factories. That’s a fact. Do you agree?

Mater Dei is no different than IMG at this point. Not a real school
My nephew played, and started, at QB for a Mater Dei freshman team. Two hot shot QB's transferred in after that season, and he left for Woodbridge High in Irvine,.

A school in Utah.

These things happen when we’re comparing schools from completely different parts of the country based on nothing but press opinion

They’re better than De La Salle used to be

That’s certainly a name.

In it's early history, sugar beets were a huge crop in Utah.

No De La Salle was on a different level back then. I believe 156 game win streak and didn't lose a game in 10 yrs while they were on the run.
I remember when Evangel jumped from 2a to 5a and won a couple state championships after they were granted permission to go up in classification for 4 years voted on by the board and 5a coaches. After the 4 years were over they made them drop back down. I think Evangel and De La Salle were the very first HS fb game televised on ESPN nationaly. Brock Berlin was the qb, at that time. But yeah all these big powerhouses recruit.
South Panola in Batesville Ms. Went on an 87 or 88 game win streak after that that was also impressive as well. Nothing will ever top what De la Salle did.

Looked at sending little pioneer to basketball camp @img over the summer.

We are sticking with local camps/trainers.

Most of that streak was against crappy NorCal teams… they didn’t test themselves nationally until that Evangel game and lost not long after

The current top teams have way more talent

but these are real schools not just pretend schools and WM and Barbe are public and follow public rules. 99% of the players in those schools are from those cities.

not even remotely close to same situation. I mean STM recruits way more than the two schools above and i dont hear people whining about them.

yall act like everytime a kid moves from sulphur to LC to play for Barbe or moves from Bastrop or some other small NLA town to WM in elementary or middle school that its suddenly the end of the world and the only reason they would do that is because of recruiting.

yet yall cant name examples or point to certain kids on the roster. Makes you sound like a PUSSY.

No. It never was. When you’re sending kids to Harvard, you’re not a football factory.

Evangel giving out GEDs…YES…That’s a football factory.

I'd consider maybe best JC, WM, and Evangel stretch on same level as IMG

No… saw Evangel in 2001, they were a great high school team, but pump the brakes. IMG would never lose in Louisiana

Evangel from like '93-'03 had years where they had #1 overall player, guys in top 100, and 6 in total in top 350 players in a single class.
