well outside of Coors, it had the most HRs hit in it in the MLB. 186
Yankee stadium was 3rd with 185 and the 4th stadium isnt even close
ETA: Me too Lou. The cards have been so damn lucky this year

JdotBats
E5
Fat Juan
Rasmus
Melk Man
lots o pop
It's not like Coors where Charlie Blackmon went bananas and hit 13 of his 19 in Coors. Or Dickerson hit 15 of his 24 at home. Arenado hit 16 of 18 at home.
For comparison, E5 hit 19 at home, 15 on the road. Bats 18 home, 17 road. Fat Juan 9 and 7. Dudes just mash anywhere it seems

His defense is terrible now that he has lost his legs, but he is still very capable at the plate and is one of the better offensive players in the game when healthy. But you have to take that with his horrid defense. No way in hell is he a center fielder anymore

I wondered what was up, because I thought I read they only close the roof a handful of times per year.

When are the Rays gonna trade Longoria? Next winter?
And why no moves for the Yankees? :(

It's going to take one hell of a haul to trade for Longoria. He's signed long term on a great contract for a small market team.

Yankees will do something stupid like 8 years 180m for Max

Bitch tits is back. Pretty big hit to the cap. On top of that, who do they have to trade? No point in trading for stars or solid players because they aren't going to contend this year. They can't trade anyone else because they won't eat enough salary to make guys desirable.
This season is a wash. They'll release/trade&eat a ton of money bitch tits next offseason.

my thoughts on Cubs post winter-meetings:
-Still would like to see guys Castillo and Valbueno moved. A lot of teams left the winter meetings with holes at C and 3B. Both those guys could net some strong returns.
-Whether we go after another SP or not, we still have to move one or 2 arms. Travis Wood probably best value. He's got to be close to Wade Miley in value.
You have to give Cubs a grade A on this offseason so far. Get: Lester, Hammel, Montero, and most importantly--Joe Maddon. Only 2 pitching prospects out the door.

Excited about Didi :)
I think with pitching staff, this team can win 86 or 87 games.
Their pythagorean W/L will be like 79-83, but the bullpen will allow them to have a decent actual record.

IDK...they lost Maddon and Friedman and dumped Price. They aren't likely to contend and his salary is only going to increase. He's a REALLY attractive piece.
I'm not saying he's trade bait, but he isn't untouchable. If they don't do anything this year and he has a good season, I could see them shipping him off next offseason.
