Regionals just got underway at 11:00am central. Any sleeper teams you guys like to make a run? Jacksonville State has certainly been a popular pick. Last year we saw the Top 2 national seeds lose in their own regional. I think we're in for another year with multiple 2/3 seeds making it to Omaha

Illinois-Chicago jumped out to an early lead against #2 Georgia Tech, but the Jackets have quickly taken the lead.

I think Arkansas and Mississippi both win their regionals as two seeds.

Oh shoot with LSU not in it I forgot to even bother making a bracket on d1 this year
I did well enough the past few years that it was fun to track and see where I finished on leaderboard.

Kansas is a pretty short favorite in their first game against Northeastern starting now.
I'm hoping a few regionals go sideways.

I wouldn’t mind seeing MO State win that Lawrence regional
A lot of potential upsets in regionals

Milwaukee already has 5 hits and 4 runs in the 1st

Milwaukee 4 runs in the 1st against Auburn.
Widely regarded as one of the worst teams in the field. Auburn isn't exactly known for their offense as they've relied on good starting pitching depth this season. Could be a difficult task for them to put together a bunch of runs even against a bad team.

quote:it’ll happen. typically there’s somewhere between 9-13 national seeds make it out of regionals with the rest being unseeded teams.
I'm hoping a few regionals go sideways.
Auburns gonna have to claw their way back otherwise they’ll be one of the first to fall

They are in real trouble now.

KU’s Tyson Leblanc came to us from LSU Eunice, and just set the single season home run record.

KU up 4-1 early on Northeastern.

The Lawrence regional is the tightest one, in terms of relative RPIs of all the teams. Should be interesting.

Milwaukee 10 Auburn 3 5th Inning

I wonder what's the largest win for a 4 seed ever in this format
Posted on 5/29/26 at 1:47 pm to SWLA92
Is there no 10 run mercy rule in the tournament? GT is playing the bottom of the 7th up 19 runs.

Henry Ford just smoked that ball for the home run.
