You've got to be out your damn mind to go to a game like KC tonight. Mine is when we played Penn st in the cap1 bowl. It wasn't as much the cold but combine that with the rain and I was miserable. I don't do cold

SEC fans are soooooffffftttt. Penn State grad and season ticket holder. The average November game is in the 30’s. Every BIG game has a good chance of bad weather after Nov 1.

Went to- Independence Bowl 2000 snowed 6 inches. Had a blast. Oh yeah, we beat the gays.
Played in- high school 1989 light snow and sleet on Thursday for walkthrough practice. 27 degrees for game Friday. I fumbled three snaps(recovered all) because I couldn't fill my damn hands
Coached in- high school baseball 2003. Gametime temp in high 20's windchill in mid teens. Game ended 2-1. Not fun.

LSU vs Kentucky tennis 2008

It snowed while we played and we won. Tennis, in the snow in the 20s

Oh and the kicker, it was in Baton Rouge not Lexington

Bowl game in Birmingham in 1982. Was supposed to sell concessions in the stands but there was ice on some of the concrete steps so just watched Hostetler and WVU beat UK.

That was actually 83, because the last week in December was cold as frick. These were the highs and lows near where I live in EC MS:
December 23 high 36 low 24
December 24 high 26 low 10
December 25 high 26 low 8
December 26 high 34 low 10
December 27 high 54 low 32
December 28 high 57 low 34
December 29 high 35 low 18
December 30 high 33 low 13
December 31 high 46 low 13

I remember skating around on our pond the day after Christmas

Most brutal, miserable cold game I ever went to. That north wind was unreal. Also, one of the most fun, that 4th quarter was a blast.

2000 Iron Bowl in Tuscaloosa. Temp was 37 at kick, but it was the .ix of sleet and rain that made it feel so much colder than that. Plus it was an ugly 9-0 game so it was just all around miserable.

2015 winter classic in Ann Arbor. It was like 8 degrees out or something and snowing pretty hard. Absolutely frigid.

I saw the Jets and Patriots in a honest to God sleet and rain storm back in the early 90s (93 maybe). Those were two bad teams and my friend and I were miserable but stayed.

Funniest anecdote was how visibly unhappy the cheerleaders were. Easy to understand really. Here they are freezing their asses off for a bunch of ugly New England drunks for a game that didn't matter. Most of the way through the game it was announced that the after the game meet the cheerleaders event had been canceled due to the weather.

The remaining 10k in the stands booed vigorously.

Same here. I usually don't buy concessions at games, but I bought a hot chocolate that night

The coldest game you’ve ever attended was in the state of Florida?

You’re not the one who should be starting this thread.

I was at the State vs Arkansas game in Starkville the same day. It wasn't supposed to be that cold or have precipitation, so I was dressed for 50-55 with no precipitation. It did a little of snow, sleet, and rain. I was so cold at halftime I ate nachos with extra jalapeños without anything to drink in order to get warm. It was miserable.
