Deion deciding to coach was a social statement as much as anything. He didn’t do it thinking he’d ever be in consideration for a Power 5 job or for the money
He’s not going to Boulder to rebuild a 1-11 dumpster fire. He’s not going to USF to be middling at 5th fiddle in his home state. He’s sure as hell not setting up shop in southern Ohio
Telling active JSU recruits he’ll make a decision among 3 FBS jobs by this weekend? Who does that? He’s absolutely staying
3 hats and then he pulls out a surprise JSU 4th and feasts on recruits swayed (manipulated?) by the dramatic loyalty. That sequence has Prime written all over it
