It's ok they're going after Lance Armstrong again to make up for this epic fail.

I wanted to see Lance compete in the Ironman Kona too.

John Edwards says hai too.

I hate John Edwards, Roger Clemens, and Lance Armstrong equally but none of them should have to go through with this shite.

I would agree in regards to Clemens and Armstrong... But I think Edwards was guilty, but he went through the process and came out clean... It is getting much harder to convict someone who has money and a good attorney... see OJ also....

I am sure he is guilty in actuality, however I applaud the Justice Department defeat...this is the most out of control justice department (and federal government) in history.

People lie almost every day before Congress about any number of things while under oath and 99.9% of them never get indicted.

Hell Eric Holder lies before Congress every time he is sworn in, it would appear, and he runs the damn Justice Department.

You said it right Cosmos. This whole trial was ridiculous. Doesn't the government have anything useful to pursue. I would be curious to know how much this process cost?

Is the prosecution/government responsible for Clemens legal fees or does he have to pay his lawyers out of his pocket?

So am I, but I'm not 100% sure, and obviously not a lawyer either.
