The series is gonna come down to whether the refs are gonna allow SGA to push off every single time he drives

(2 years from now)
“Are the refs going to continue to let Wemby foul on rebound attempts and the majority of his ‘blocks’? This isn’t basketball.”

I was rooting for the Spurs game one.
All this Wemby love, and I am rooting for the Thunder tonight.
As a Lakers fan, I am hoping just like JJ figured out a plan on SGA the Spurs used to success, hopefully the Thunder can find something to slow down Wemby. I think it will require a shooting big man. Naz Reid was a good counter to Wemby. Gobert and Hartenstein might be unplayable against Wemby.

OKC should win as they can't go down 2 games at home. Adjustments, Spurs more fatigued, desperation + refs should be enough to secure a victory even though no way Caruso shoots that good again. Hope it's close though and I would love it if Spurs won.

It breaks my heart to see Caruso be infected by playing with SGA
If someone watched Game 1 who had been in a coma and had no context for who any of the players were, they would think Caruso is the 2nd best player on earth

At least you are getting a jump start on being the first to claim Wemby is only good because he's long

Okie is normally a good poster, so it was disappointing to see such stupidity.
It’s weird, I feel like OKC has brought this board together in a way we haven’t really ever seen, other than maybe piling on Harden.

Agreed
People have a visceral rejection of this Thunder team.
That being said, I think they win pretty handily tonight. It would be a catastrophe if this team went down 0-2 at home to a bunch of 20 year olds

He played 12 minutes last game. I think they might have figured this out already.

Feel okc depth gets them the series win this season, but it’s about to be Wemby and Harper on a shaq Kobe run at minimum. Maybe Jordan Pippen. And yes Harper will be a better pro than Flagg, I’ll keep banging that drum.

I see that you still can’t read full sentences from the other thread.

WestAg I have been going at it for a long tame
He’s Dodgers, Lakers, Ags
I’m Braves, Thunder, LSU
Natural I suppose. I miss some of the OG Spurs guys from yesteryear. I can’t remember the one guy but you used to go after Boom and it was great.

Fox out.
Honestly not even sure why this is a big deal. Harper may already be better, even with the turnovers.

The broadcast was awful too. The weird drone sideline cam and of course Reggie just being a clown in general.
Was not a good product overall.
