Not to mention NIL money can compete with WNBA money anyway
Her NIL money easily eclipses any WNBA players salary. She has national commercials.

Let’s put it this way… nobody will never ever avg 44.2 ppg over a three year period. But it’s possible that another woman could come along and do what Clark has done.
Or put another way, the softball strikeout record holder is Monica Abbott with 2,440 Ks.
No one would ever compare her to the equivalent baseball strikeout record holder (John Powell, 602) because it is a different sport.

It’s the same sport. It’s a different league.

Are softball and baseball the same sport?
The only thing different is the ball and the field to make up the relative difference from the ball.

Are the courts different? Do the two halves still add up to 40 minutes?

Y'all honestly deserve seeing transgenders dominate women’s sports.

I guess it’s more impressive than Mike Davis’ kid chucking his way over 5 years only to fall just short

It's women's basketball, not men's basketball. Different sport.
There really is no men's basketball. There is just basketball, and then there's Women's basketball. Nothing the women do matters in that sport. Any woman could join the regular basketball team, if they were talented enough. There is nothing stopping them. So they should never be mixed in conversation..

Pete didn’t play against women.

It's all a huge lie.
Pearl Moore is the all-time scoring leader in women's basketball. And will continue to be after Clark heads to the WNBA.
Pearl Moore scored 4,061 points for Francis Marion University in South Carolina from 1975-79.
Women's basketball vs women's basketball. Same size ball and they all could even use the same shower.

It also comes with asterisk that she plays against agender that Pete would have destroyed even more so than the one he did.

Guys guys, it’s the same sport. In one they throw alley oop dunks and in the other they can barely touch the net but it’s totally the same sport!

She would be lucky to get to 10 points in a career vs a men’s team

No clue why folks always have to go to the absolutely absurd extremes.

In what way? There is no way she could play for the regular basketball team at Iowa. There would be 100s of guys with more size and physical abilities than her walking around campus. She is 6'0 tall and weighs 160. That is considered tiny for a PG, which she could never play against men. There is just no logic that states she could ever play on a regular basketball team on any level outside of a really bad high school basketball team..

Well softball pitchers pitch almost every game if they choose.
