But as far a place to go visit for a weekend, am I the only one that genuinely enjoys my NOLA visits? A lot of history, music, art, architecture, and shopping to do there. And that's before you even get to the food and bar scene. Especially in the winter time where you won't get swamp arse, you're telling me you can't have fun in NOLA for a weekend trip for a big football game in the dome? You could do a lot worse is all I'm saying.

I have been to the Rose Bowl. It is much more comparable to the old Tulane Stadium, which is to say a large, historic set of stands with no frills.

Tiger Stadium is a dump, the suites they added are the only thing good. Yes the gameday atmosphere is great but the physical stadium is old and lacking.
