I said 5-10. I could name 5, not sure about 10. Too many guys too early in their careers to really judge fairly.

Erik Spoelstra and Mike Brown must be GOAT coaches to you then.

You're a tard.

I can see the argument for him being between 5-10, no way he's worse than 10 though.

Yeah he was just always a top 5 guy to me before I actually sat down and watched them about 40+ times this season.

It is crazy that I am still having to try to argue this 4 pages in.

And? You're assuming they wouldn't have done better had their guys not played 41 minutes a night during the regular season.

My bad. I meant that in a not top 5, but somewhere around 7-11 depending on what you think of some of the younger coaches like Kerr and Bud.

Thibs overworking guys is more than about MPG. It's about out of game time as well. Noah and Deng both being washed at 30 isn't a great look when you add to it the eye test of his team looking exhausted toward the end of the year.

Thibs' style wears down his players mentally and physically, both over a season and over multiple seasons. He isn't the first coach to have this issue, but it's still an issue. It's silly to attempt to deny this.

Calling Noah washed up is absolutely ridiculous at this point, and he's been pretty healthy during his time in chicago

Awful decisions. Thibs teams always guard well and let's be honest he's done well with the talent he has been given. D Rose being a baby is more a reason for the Bulls struggles.

Noah played 30.6 mpg this year. Since Thibs has been in Chicago he has averaged 33.18

That isn't an extreme amount of minutes at all.

Deng is a swing man. While he did play heavy minutes at 38ish per its pretty normal for SF/SGs to start slowing up around age 30. It's not like he was shite this year either.

Except you don't really get to take out Rose just because it suits the point you're trying to make.

Didn't Rose basically sit out half a season even though he had been medically cleared to play? Or did it just feel like half a season?

You could really name 5-10 better coaches?

I mean Pop is a no brained but who else? Spo? Blatt? Carlisle? I mean Tibs is a top 5 coach at least... he may not have won but Rose being hurt killed his chances a few years ago.

How? I literally quoted the head NBA writers for CBS and ESPN saying the same things as me.

You're assuming the Bulls would not have performed better during the playoffs, regardless of overachievement, if they had played less during the regular season.

RTR, I am also not super high on Thibs. Probably the best assistant coach on the planet, but I don't think he has the personality to be a great head coach.
