Why would you want him near AD? He's a good coach but runs his players into the ground.

And I'm not of the opinion that Monty was the worst thing ever. Just that Thibs would have been/is a huge upgrade. Not so much with these other coaches.

He has some great qualities, but I think he's much better as an assistant. He runs his players into the freaking ground.
