Number one culprit would be obstructive cardiomyopathy if I had to guess. That’s what many of these athletes who suddenly fall out end up having. Scary as shite bc it often goes undetected unless they’re sent for a cardiac eval for some reason. Another cause could be a rhythm disorder that just manifested like W P White. We all know what most people will say caused it though.
