There really is no true honor here... Most of that is fake sentiment for the cameras.. these fighters are largely arrogant D-Bags
We have gyms across the world always hoping to find the next Mongoloid to send into the wood chipper in hopes of further clout. The gym owners do not care about the brain of their prized bull.
There's a reason well to do white families faded this sport 100+ years ago..

I trained at an MMA gym. Put in the time over a year. Broke six ribs. Worked my arse off. I still never sniffed 1% of the talent level that others had.

I got it in my mind once that I could hold up with these dudes and I joined a MMA gym in Houston. I learned real quick I wasn’t anywhere near that level.
