Florida is doing about the best they can considering their schedule and roster.
There were stories a few weeks ago of Bill making highly ranked recruits wait for hours to meet him then just cancelling on them.

A good coach could have Florida in the natty as early as next year with Lagway and a decent year in the portal updating the roster on the edges

Billy turning the offense over to a coordinator who realizes that we're living in the 21st century should be good for at least a couple of wins.

Carolina......this was their big flex to ceremoniously make a move up in the CFB world.
Florida is just dealing with a bad coaching hire/bad stretch. It's a top tier academic school with resources to regain footing quickly.

UNC by far. While it was Mac's time to ride off into the sunset, they couldn't have hired a worse replacement. BB is more focused on plowing 24 y/o snatch than coaching winning football.

UF is always one good coach who can recruit away from a title contending team. UNC is always going to be 8-4 at best.
