Its definitely Carter-Moss.....

But a close second is Freddy B and Cliff Branch.

And Nat Moore in the slot.

Then you had the Fun Bunch in Washington and the Three Amigos in Denver.

Randy Moss and Wes Welker is probably a tier below but still notable just how well they meshed.

1. Carter and Moss
2. Rice and Owen’s

Rice and Owen’s #2 because Owen’s wasn’t elite when he played with Jerry. So, their elite years didn’t overlap. Miss and Carter were both Pro Bowlers or Allpro’s 98-00.

Not top 5 but Irvin/Harper were pretty good.

However, when Harper left the team, Irvin was never the same.

My vote.

I remember Rice at the top of his game and thinking “this Terrel Owens seems better”.

In a different era when you could actually defend against a pass, hold, and beat up a receiver, these two excelled. 4 super bowls and numerous highlight catches by these hall of famers.

In no particular order and with no research. Just going off top of my head.

Moss-Carter
Rice-Owens
Chase-Jefferson once you get Jets to Cincinnati.
