Ben Simmons will never touch a basketball after April 2025.

It's going to be like Rookie of the Year where suddenly he shoots threes like Steph

Talk about a waste of money. I saw how overated and gutless he was when LSU played Oklahoma the year he was here.

The biggest waste of talent since Greg Oden. What a freaking soft, disgraceful puss of a human being.

Being unable to shoot forces you to rely on your athleticism more. Simmons was always doomed because he couldn't shoot and I don't know why any team would ever draft a guard who cannot shoot in the modern NBA.

All those red flags that appeared in one year at LSU are showing to be completely accurate.

oden has one leg shorter than the other, his body is just not made to withstand professional basketball and he broke down

not really his fault, he was not soft at all

Yup don't blame oden for being injury prone. It's not like he quit trying

Also a very nice guy from my personal interactions with him, and most everything I've heard.

JaMarcus is a more apt comparison, but at least JaMarcus was good in college

Oden is a terrible comp because he was a genuinely great basketball player. Not his fault his body fell apart.

Yep, and the superfans were angry if you noticed.

I’ve said Ben is overrated since 2015 and I was right.

He had one good game against North Florida and everyone wanted to crown him as the next King of Basketball.

Greg Oden was legit great. His body just broke down. He outplayed Horford/Noah as in that natty loss.

He was also drafted ahead of Durant.
