Michael Mina is probably one of the top 10-20 chefs in the US. He's not some random guy opening a restaurant. I'm actually very surprised he is partnering with Ayesha Curry of all people for something in Houston.

I know this seems like a slap in the face on the surface, but strangely enough it might bring the two teams and communities together:

The Houston location will have great lunch specials mon-thurs, some might even say the best lunch specials ever. The happy hour bartender will win numerous Chronicle accolades. The ownership and chef will be highly regarded as well.
