I don't give a shite who won and it looked to me like Georgia was the one that got screwed.

The ball was loose before it crossed the goal line and Georgia should have had a touchdown on the fumble return.

Yeah, ball was definitely loose before crossing goal line.

The timeout thing is actually the worst and will be interesting how the SEC handles it

This is what happens when the SEC did not want Hugh Freeze back in the SEC

I'm just seeing the video on this, looks like a fumble to me.

This x1000! I think the SEC clearly has it’s thumb ever so slightly on the scale because AU has a very recent history of hiring two coaches in major men’s sports that the league clearly did not want back in the conference. They did it with Pearl and reaped the benefits, but going back to the well with the hiring of Freeze clearly pissed somebody off. They are definitely not going to allow a second redemption arc for another persona non grata at the same school.

The whole SEC review team is corrupt. I also heard they ruled an obvious target not a target of course.

Needs to get his prescription checked.

Kept saying he was over the line when the ball was punched but the fumble occured well before the punch.

Yeah there were 2 punches but he kept focusing only on the second, irrelevant, one.

Why is it blatantly wrong? Whether you think he was over or not is one thing, but it was extremely close. There was nothing blatant about it. LINK

The fact is this argument shouldn’t even be happening, but it’s happening because the only view is the shitty fricking pylon cam.

There would be 10 different, HD resolution angles if this was the NFL.

College football at the SEC level has turned into major business with millions of dollars on the line. People are betting on it. Players are getting paid.

It’s time for standards across the board for ensuring officiating and replay are at the highest possible level. You can’t have “big time” football with sun belt-tier officiating.

Is this the ref in the SC LSU game last year?

Yeah they tried their best to help the Cocks in that game.

I was thinking the same thing in the Mizzou/Bama game when Mizzou ran the fake punt towards their sideline and challenged the spot. The only camera angles were from the endzone and the main TV angle from the press box, nothing from the other side of the field.
The call was probably correct, it’s just a shame we’re relying on a sidejudge 5+ yards behind the play to determine where the ball went OOB

It probably was a TD, but it honestly didn’t look to me like enough to overturn.
