Lol it was never asked and Guice admitted as much. Nice knighting for someone. Too bad you don’t understand he lied

It’s like you can’t fathom LSU players do anything wrong.

I always hear how it's ok to wait to pick someone because look at Kamara! He was a 3rd rounder!

I could be wrong, but it sure looked to me like Tennessee just RUINED his draft stock. Or just never let it get going.

Dude would have been a SUPERSTAR at many other places. And should have been starting for years considering what was ahead of him at UT. He should have been a household name coming out.

Wtf does this even mean? A direct dishonesty?? Does that mean a lie? If so, Why not just say “we caught him in a lie”??

Certainly just seems like a bunch of random bs being thrown around as excuses... stuff covered up at lsu, assaults at LSU, a “damning” TMZ report that TMZ says doesn’t exist, being late, playing video games, altercations with NFL execs, “making up” questions he was asked, threats to kneel during anthem, getting lost, missing flights, and now a “direct dishonesty”— until something more concrete is reported with evidence, this reeks of a big FU by nfl teams for him exposing their bs questions—

ETA “altercations” with team execs

Mike Detillier thinks it was asked and he's being punished for revealing what was asked in a private meeting.

@AllbrightNFL: From a league source on Guice: "He got into an altercation at a meeting with the Eagles. He had several meetings where he came across lazy only wants to play video games. We caught a direct dishonesty from him in our meeting."

odd. I’m not sure what video games has to do with anything. my parents would say I was borderline addicted to video games (mainly Madden) in high school, but you are different at each stage of your life. Haven’t played games in 10+ years.

Anonymous sourcing is a very interesting debate

So playing video games and getting into arguments is too much

But hanging up on execs, refusing meetings, and running from the cops and getting arrested is 1st pick worthy?

He might have had "character issues", but for the most part at LSU, didn't he stay clean from off field incidents? Never followed his career fully, but from what I remember, there was never any drama.

Washington got a steal with Guice regardless. Guy refused to go down, and I thought LSU should have given him more carries vs Bama in 2016. Think he only got 2 touches. Get a guy that can be an every down back like Guice who fights for YAC, then throw in a dynamic back like Chris Thompson to spell him, and you've got a pretty good doth chart at RB.

NFCE now has Guice, Elliot, Barkley, and Ajayi. That was already a fun division, but looks like I'll be purchasing NFL Sunday ticket again.

Never had a single incident

Hell, he never even had a hot take thread about an incident

This whole thing was so bizarre to me

Basically a story reporters and journalists try to capitalize on that people will overreact too. Not saying the whole fake question situation isn't newsworthy, but it's overblown when it comes to drafting a player. Maybe you can say it's immaturity, but Guice showed for years he was mature. GM's did the right thing- if they were skeptical of him, let him drop to you late and take him as a low risk/high reward type pick.
