Anyone Else Keep Clicking On the Womens Tourney By Mistake?

No matter what site, ESPN, NCAA, CBS, etc it seems they make the womens tourney look just like the mens. Same March Madness logo, etc. They'll just make the womens part in small print.
If you won't click on the womens tourney intentionally, we'll make you do it by accident! Equality!

i promise you arent accidently clicking the womens tourney on CBS website.
It happens on ESPN website because they own the rights to broadcast the womens tourney.
But sure, make everything about "Equality" if it makes you feel better. It's actually about Capitalism

I mean, would it help if there was a penis on one bracket and a vag on the other to differentiate?
I don't think it's an equality play that the NCAA and colleges are using their normal logos for both tournaments.

or that ESPN would rather you click the Women's Tournament which they are showing on TV and paid for the rights to rather than the Men's which is owned by their rivals

Apple TV just sent me a notification about a close game between an 8 and 9 seed in the women’s tournament and I legit laughed out loud
The ratings the women’s tournament gets with the marketing dollars spent is absolutely stunning. People want to talk about college baseball and softball, if given equal promotion and marketing they would both curb stomp women’s basketball in ratings. They averaged 600,000 viewers per tournament game last year and put the championship on six different channels. It is embarrassing. NCAA Baseball super regionals with virtually no marketing had over 600,000 viewers per game.
No matter how much they want to push the NCAA women’s tournament people don’t want to watch it. It’s a terrible product.

It took longer than I thought for the annual whine about the women's tourney thread to pop up.

I clicked on it on purpose out of curiosity because everything else was at halftime or commercial break
Brick, brick, brick, missed layup then I changed the channel

I came here looking for this thread
I wasn't paying attention and got an Apple TV alert about Marquette going down to the wire. Rush to the TV, can't find it, look on the app and see Marquette plays at 2:45 - and that's when I realized I'd been duped

Isn’t it day 2? ESPN mobile website has Women’s games on the front page as of a couple minutes ago but they have more games going at the moment.

That must have been really hard for you. My condolences.

Women’s tourney starts day after the men’s games not counting the play in games

Well yeah, ESPN carries the women's tournament while their competitors carry the men's tournament, so of course ESPN will provide higher coverage of the women.

That's exactly why they are doing it, started last year.
the NCAA said the move is "one of many initiatives being evaluated to address gender inequity issues."
