The Clippers are screwed. I hope they can somehow take it to 7. But I'm not optimistic

I think they split in SA and I also think people overestimate the the advantage of having played less games, especially when we're talking about one round.

Maybe so. But these Spurs are old and battling injuries.

Spurs may not win it all this year. But LAC won't be the team that sends them fishing.

They were old last year and handled Portland easily after a 7 game series against the Mavs

The look on his face

But the battling injuries part is important. Also, you've been wrong before. See my sig.

If Splitter can take on some more minutes in the rotation with Diaw, Duncan, and Baynes, they can match up better against the Clippers' frontcourt and allow the perimeter defense a little more breathing room. I am no longer concerned about the offense.

Griffin has now played 90 minutes total through 2 games. Paul with 86 minutes.

Anyone think these minutes will catch up to them, especially with games every other day the rest of the series.

Yeah, hadn't thought about that. Could be like what happened to the Thunder at the end of the WCF last year. Durant and Westbrook were running on fumes for essentially the entirety of Game 6.

Only TP seems hurt out there, but they need to manage Tim Duncan's minutes a little better.
I did not

What statement have I made here that I could be wrong about?

Oh shite I'm honored. What was I wrong about then?
You guys were in the running to get him and since you didn't you started downplaying the trade, that was funny regardless of what happened there. I don't think I even commented on whether or not it'd work out.
Maybe you should check out this thread from last season when there were Rondo to Houston talks.

Last season, Rondo still had plenty of value. We didn't want him because we knew Harden was our primary ball handler, and he wouldn't fit. And Morey tried to jack up his price for the Mavs. That's the only reason he "offered" anything. Even Celtics executives said that.

Spurs will win the series now. Pop realized his mistake in game 1.

Aaron Baynes minutes in game 1 - 20
Aaron Baynes minutes in game 2 - 0

Yup. No doubt. But Duncan can't keep playing 40 minutes this series.

Great win an such an up and down game.

I think Joseph is the most important player heading into game 3 depending on the severity of Parker's injury.

The mental toughness of guys like Mills and Green with their OT play was amazing.

Baynes will need some play in SA...if anything to get his confidence going.

Cyborgs can play as many minutes as they wish.

Pop just charges his batteries up at halftime.

The only way they win this series is if Duncan averages 18 10+ for the series.

Is it possible???

Not sure
