I don't understand how a grown man pays money to go sit in an arena and watch that crap.

so glad she;s standing up to this. For years fans have attended games and gotten away with pointing at players and it is NOT acceptable. I can't believe he's not facing jailtime for that boorish behavior

Russell Westbrook.

Difference between those situations and this one is that the WNBA fan did not get ejected. The fans that James and Westbrook cried about all got tossed.

It's apples and oranges. Russ handled it like a grownup in my opinion. He was given the double bird 'f you' instead of just being "pointed at." Simply told the ref what happened. He didn't go all street hood in the stands trying to act tough.

Edit: I hope a group of guys get a courtside seat for upcoming Aces game and just point at her the whole game. That'd get me to watch.

For those saying this only happens in the WNBA:

Who says that? That sounds like something you made up.

The commentators were just as bad. Blaming the fans of Indiana. Without any evidence that the fans were doing any wrong just going off of what Karen Wilson was doing.

I mean, he’s a grown man who is emotionally invested in a WNBA game. He doesn’t deserve any sympathy.

Was this a WNBA game or the lead up to a carnival cruise brawl because the buffet ran out of lemon pepper wings and chicken tenders?

Aja wilson is a really good player, but she's chosen to side with the dykes and morons, and become the main part of resistance, and she is actually embarrassing herself.

Just goes to show that even ESPN doesn't watch the WNBA on ESPN.

They were way over-paid when the league max was $72k.

According to her, he can’t step toward her and point because “he doesn’t know her” yet she can come into the stands. I’m guessing she does know him?

No lie detected

The NBA players deal with far worse. Unless a fan throws stuff at a player or steps onto the court this is a part of the sport.

Soccer, baseball, and hockey fans are all sometimes rude or worse

You’ve said this twice already in the same thread, on the same page, 30 plus minutes apart. You don’t have to keep repeating yourself.
