I did it for about ten years and got tickets to women’s amateur on sat before and went in April of this year
It was actually neat to walk the course and see everything without actually worrying about watching the golf
Got to amen corner and put my chairs down right in front for nice view
Crowds aren’t near as bad and still had access to all the gift shops and concessions

i've gotten them 3 times. 2 were for the Par3 and practice round and one time I got Friday - Saturday.
Tues - Wed tickets much much more fun than the actual tournament. (well at least the pre-cut days)

Three times. I passed on my first time (Monday practice round). I was broke and newly married. Won again in 2016 and my second born’s due date was the same day I won the tickets for (Tuesday). I got the Dr to induce a week early so that I could still go. Won again in 2025 and had to bring the wife because I left her with a 1-week old the previous time I won.
