Conspiracy is he basically told RB you will not pull him out of the car, as it would look terrible for the driver the series is on to be out of work right before it premiers.

Call me crazy, but I feel like losing the constructors because of Checo would be a much more terrible look than some documentary not many will care about.

Hard to believe Checo is a national hero down there. That said I will definitely try to watch this series.

That's gonna be a no for me dawg. Can't think of many more boring people that an F1 show could be featured on.

Was discussed earlier, but the difference between 1/2 in constructors is only like 10-15m and sad to say, in this environment, pride isn't shite for a team, its all about the $$$.

Guarantee the Mexican $$$ is more than that difference.

Reason I am hoping Checo pins it a few times backhalf of the year and Mclaren continues with dual top 5 finishes.

I’m sure the part covering the Mexican Grand Prix where he kamikazes into the very first turn and takes himself outta the race will be good haha

Silly season was way early this year.

Had to recheck the schedule again this morning to see when the next race was.
Next weekend 23rd-25th Dutch GP
Thank god.

Checo tried his best to make it silly but RB ignored him

Maybe he will drive his car into a dike at turn 1

Zero shakeups...

In other news, Brown did challenge Toto, Horndog, and Vowels to see who the best driver is... Would be pretty awesome if they all jumped in their cars week after the season and raced a few laps for charity.

Toto, Horndog, and Vowles can probable all actually fit in their teams cars. No chance Brown fits.

An ounce of humility and I’d probably be rooting for him, but as it stands, I’m enjoying his downfall.

They better be willing to give that difference to the staff at the factory.
Their bonuses come from the constructors prize money.

Doubt the Thai owners really give a shite about paying those bonuses. People aren’t going to leave RB bc they don’t get a bonus.

That's dumb as hell.

I suspect Max would do much better in NASCAR than Kyle would do in F1 over an entire season.

Larson could very well be on Max’s level, but we won’t ever know. Weird thing for him to say unless he was goaded into it by a reporter.

Depends. Would Max be driving for Hendrick and would Kyle be driving for RB?

Larson clears Max if so

Really weird to say especially considering Max is one of the top sim racers in the world and recently test drove a GT3 car and received rave reviews.

There was a longer quote where he talked about how he'd be more competitive in a Indy/F1 car than if Max tried jumping in a sprint car. He's probably right. It's also right there in the tweet that he doesn't think he'd be better than him in F1 but he has proven himself in more disciplines than Max. Not really controversial.

Probably worth noting he has several road course wins in NASCAR and a 24 Hours of Daytona win. Doing stuff like that while also dominating at Knoxville, Chili Bowl, etc. is pretty damn impressive.

I think it's cool as hell that he challenges himself in so many different cars, would love to watch Max do it too. Draws eyeballs to racing.
