I downloaded this game last night and had a lot of fun playing. I think I did three runs and lost to the first boss on the third one. I had a lot more success using the speeder bike, couldn’t quite get the drifting down on the others.

Is there any benefit to pushing all the buttons for the start procedure?

I agree. Them voting against their own best interest might increase the calls to not have two teams with the same ownership. But then again why would the 5th place team vote to make it easier for other teams to catch up.

Also this would affect Aston. They have the newest nicest facilities. Should they be given extra salary cap space just because they built a shite car?

Thanks for answering/posting these. I might give this a try. I haven’t been able to really get into a racing game in a while. I can usually put more time into a roguelike before it becomes stale or I get bored with it.

The roguelite aspect has me kinda intrigued, how does that work in a racing game? It just doesn’t let you win the races until you have leveled up to a certain point?

I thought they handled the start as good as they could have. Might not have been exactly by the books but can you imagine the outrage if they forced cars to start farther back than they qualified because a software update bricked the car on the way to the grid. If it was just one car then maybe, but that many cars dealing with a problem the FIA created would have been a bad look.

I liked the track, would like to see it come back as the actual Malaysian GP.

That was the full Ferrari roller coaster today. From completely botching the easiest call of the day to somehow finishing 3-4, what a ride.

Aston Martin must have updated their engines. Surprised Alonso could get points on a track with 2 long straight aways like that.

I think Italy has basically told them if they pay 50% of what they owe this will go away. Otherwise they might be looking for jail time.

I’m not sure why it’s a big deal now at Imola and wasn’t mentioned a month ago when they where in Monza.

I think this is what is happening. They said they are gonna use a “new aerodynamic concept” and a whole new engine instead of just evolving the 26’ car.
