I think we are all rooting for Checo at this point.
Amazing. Max has to be raging inside.
Tomorrow should be awesome.

Jos running to his keyboard to bang out some rage because Max had to go out before Sergio.

"Sergio needed fuel"

I have my popcorn ready. This season is now wide open to 3 contenders!

No further action for Hamilton; nothing for Lando

I think like it has been for the last few races, the Ferrari driven by Leclerc is better over one lap, but the Red Bull is better in the race. Should be a hell of a race tomorrow.

Leclerc was done in by Monaco pit strategy (and Albon).
Spain his car shite the bed despite pulling away.
Miami RBR had them.
He lost a load of points the last two rounds for things mostly out of driver control. These two cars are really close though.

Haas is poorly run by engineers and others. I cannot think of one race this year where they overperformed but every race has been under. Every bit of strategy is worst in garage. A season of promise has turned into a circus now add the practice fluid leak and Q1 disaster. Its like Gene doesn’t care except to have his name on the cars.

Hass isn't there to win. They're there to support Ferrari in an R&D capacity. Magnusson is just good enough to wrangle what he can out of the car. Schumacher needs to go find himself in another series, perhaps WEC.

It didn’t become serious until Perez won Monaco. He’s flat out faster than Max right now
Posted on 6/11/22 at 2:55 pm to siliconvalleytiger
Checo is faster than max in qualifying but I still think Max has better skills over a race
Posted on 6/11/22 at 3:01 pm to 225rumpshaker
I think it’s seemed that way because he gets preference from RBR including Perez giving up positions to help him

I feel like Perez is a team player where Max might not take to well to being an equal. I am curious when he will show it and if he can keep it inside until he has time to process it.

The theory is Perez is faster on street circuits while Max is better on traditional tracks. If that too is unproven then the gloves will come off

Is Max’s career over?

Agree, I’m pretty certain Max would ignore team orders to let Perez by if it was going to cost him.
