He does because of badly needed German sponsorships that Haas is able to achieve purely because of the name recognition.
Mick's history is that he takes a couple of years to get in the groove in new series. He won F2 after performing at a mediocre level for the first year.
F2 is a uniform chassis and engine manufacturer series.
What we're seeing from Mick has a lot to do with the performance of the Haas car. Would like to see him get Vettel's seat

K-Mag has like 10 years more experience in F1 and like 5 in the Haas.
