Not a soccer fan, but I watched and loved it. The World Cup is basically like the Olympics. I don’t live and die by track and field, but love the passion people have for it every four years and the same with this. And it helps the WC is happening here, making most of the start times reasonable.

U.S. in the World Cup is the only time I might make a point to watch and seek out soccer.
Outside of that the only other time I might see it is if I happen into one a bar on vacation that is a gathering place for soccer enthusiasts and it's on the televisions there.

I was going to go to watch at a huge venue with thousands of people but they had to start turning people away. So we watched across the street at a packed bar. About half the people left by halftime though
