Good. I’m one of those who only follows soccer during the World Cup. It’s on the edge of my periphery at all other times.

Good. Maybe seeing flopper putting up a big Friday night number in June will give ESPN/CFP the courage to play the title game on a Friday instead of Monday

Out of curiosity I looked up some comparables:

Some show on ABC called High Potential has an average of 15.7 million viewers

Amazon Prime Thursday Night NFL Football game (a good one) gets 15.3 million viewers

Fox's Late Sunday afternoon game gets 26 million views.

Game 3 of the NBA Finals had 23.8 million viewers

LSU vs Clemson game last year got 10.5 million viewers

LSU vs Clemson 2019 Championship got 26 million viewers.

Viewership is probably only going to increase next Friday against Australia with how dominant they looked last night.

Speaking of flopper, I loved seeing the player in an earlier match shown a yellow for flopping after video review. Get that crap out of the game.

Great NHL clip from a decade or so ago, a player tries to draw a penalty and the ref yells “F you, you’re getting an f’ng embellisment”

Just shows how many low test soy cucks litter this country this day and age. Imagine getting excited watching 5’4 skinny fat beta males gallop around after a ball.

Somehow that’s the #1 network TV show currently, and those figures include anyone that watches within a few days. Live+DVR+Stream.

How many of those games started at 9pm ET on a Friday night in Summer though?

I tried to watch it. After watching hockey these past few weeks I felt like it was pretty boring and they need to shrink the field

Doubtful ... a weekday 2 pm game ... seems like bad news for ratings.

I get that, but if you feel that way after last night’s game, you probably shouldn’t even bother watching anymore.

Of course this is only US coverage. Worldwide would be much higher while college games don’t get a global bump.
