They need to make this process better and explain what to do in the PACK announcements.
OK,the pack drops at 12 PST, fine. But when can I join the drop? I vaguely remember someone saying 40 minutes prior. So I checked at 1020 CT, and it was still greyed out. Why can't they say in the announcement what to expect when it comes to those things? Lost track of time and just checked and thought I was entering the drawing but I was getting to the back of the line

the over all process is pretty crappy as well honestly. it doesnt matter if you join 30 minutes before or 30 seconds before you have the same odds

it automatically directs to the next page if you make the cut, until you get onto payment information then it will say "BUY NOW" then proceed to enter your payment method.

Sucks I have a lunch meeting and will probably not get to the front of the line by noon(88K).

My early impressions of this thing is they are going to have a hard time sustaining long term when every “moment” cost lots of $ to buy in the marketplace and the odds are super low of buying a pack even when the pack costs $99.

At 88k you aren’t getting to the front. There are only 11,000 packs.

on base packs its been random, sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes 40+ minutes
for premium packs its always 15-20 minutes beforehand in my experiences

If it's random. Say the time is gloomy to be random in the announcement, so keep checking the website. If it's going to be at a predetermined time, say so.

Hopefully about to purchase my first pack. Missed on every drop so far, but got under 7000 for this one. Only ~2k in front of me now.
