I’ve been swinging CEG and slowly accumulating VPU.

No, that's not them.

Thanks!

First, that I am up 45% in it.

Fair point and at the end of the day, this is all that matters!

Second, I think they have met or beat on reports.

Another good one.

Last, they have set themselves up for the future by selling the ODIN to Cambridge Atom Works. In that deal, NNE will get $6.2M for that PLUS Royalties based on net sales if and when ODIN is commercialized.

That is encouraging! I love the concept of micro reactors and I hope that the technology and materials have advanced to make them viable. I believe they are the future for FOBs. Have you read any history of the US Army's Nuclear Power Program in the 1960s?

Talked to a state official about energy in Jan. He was sent to Canada to study this subject.... micro reactors(he did not mention companies). The reason they sent him was the state will need to double it's out put within 10 years. These are the most viable option.

I researched it and picked up those 2.

NuScale and Nano service different market sectors. NuScale produces SMRs (20MW to 300MW modules) that can run up to 12-module configurations for a maximum output rating about 924MWe. Nano Nuclear will produce micro reactors (<20MW) targeting replacement of mobile diesel generators. I like both designs and markets but they will fulfill two separate rolls.

He was sent to Canada because Americans DGAF about the increasing needs of AI when it comes to nuclear …and nobody’s gonna try to build a reactor down south in cartel country.

I have a small amount of UUUU (wish it were more) and a decent bit of BWXT.

Also in BN which owns Westinghouse with CCJ and just bought HON which has the only uranium conversion facility in the US, but the large conglomerates don’t get much action on the nuclear components.

SPUT has been on fire. If it maintains momentum look out. Consistently raising money and sequestering pounds. Feels squeezy in the short term

I've been in the sector since 2013. UEC was one of my first uranium stocks which I've held on through the ups and downs.

I called this stock as a sleeper and could see it going as high as $35-50 once uranium hits and continues past it all time high.

DNN, BNNLF, and DYLLF are smaller players but less risky than GLATF.

I’ve been holding DNN since forever, it seems to me it’s a low risk high reward. They have legitimate prospects and developments with the backing of the Canadian government. Up big lately but I’m going to diamond hands it for the foreseeable future.

“ Absolutely incredible that yesterday we didn't just see SPUT stack another 264,000 pounds of uranium, but they also massively bolstered their cash position by over $44 million

They are now sitting on a ~$140 million cash position. Interesting time are ahead. Watch this space”

Saw this on X. Sput going to really push this thing higher in the short term. Looks like $80 spot is here

Was looking into nuclear stocks for a 2026 allocation. Some of the spec stocks have pulled back and the stalwarts have seen high growth.

I asked Google AI for a proposed mix and got the following:

Revised 2026 Nuclear Growth Portfolio

Allocation Company Ticker Strategy Role Risk Level

35% Constellation Energy CEG The Anchor: Provides massive cash flow and stability via its Microsoft/Meta PPAs. Moderate

25% GE Vernova GEV The Bridge: Combines stable turbine revenue with the world's most advanced SMR construction. Moderate

15% NuScale Power SMR Next-Gen Leader: The only NRC-certified design; high growth potential as Romania/TVA projects progress. High

15% Centrus Energy LEU The Enabler: The only U.S. source for HALEU fuel, which almost all next-gen reactors (including Oklo) require. High

10% Cameco CCJ The Resource: Essential uranium exposure to fuel both old and new reactor fleets. Moderate

Thoughts?

Thoughts

Don’t hate the nuclear infrastructure play and think it will work. That said, I think the leverage right now is in the price of the commodity which benefits the miners and SPUT (Sprott physical uranium trust).

To me SPUT and the ETF’s are the most secure way to play this sector. URA is a mix of miners and infrastructure. Urnm and URNJ are pure play miners.

If I were to pick individual companies I’d go:

SPUT (OTC ticker is SRUUF)
Cameco (CCJ)
Energy Fuels (UUUU)

Honorable mentions:
Denison mines (DNN)
Global atomic (OTC ticker GLATF)
Nexgen (NXE)
Uranium energy (UEC)

I could go deeper on these names and probably should but it’s a lot. UUUU is diversified in rare earths and I think it’s worth owning for exposure to both sectors. Global atomic has geopolitical risk but a lot of that is priced in and potentially could be getting to the other side of that.

There is a lot of discussion in the older uranium>silver thread as well. I’ve been long since 2020 and the S&D picture has only gotten more favorable to investors in this sector

My only play in nuclear is UUUU. Have been in it for 4.5 years and have done CC's and Puts adding premium and down to cost basis under $2. Only have 400 shares but trying to get more with Puts now. Would like to get up to 1000 shares.

Nicely done. I’ve sold a few hundred shares over the past couple of months but have 800 left at $5.72 average.

The uranium + rare earth combo makes it feel like a must have in the portfolio. Wishing I trimmed more when it rocketed and reloaded when it dropped but learned a couple lessons which has it’s own value I guess

I know I’m late to the party and I’ve been in URNM off and on but it seems like this is going to pick up a lot of steam over the next 5 years with energy demand. It also feels like the stigma of nuclear is becoming less of an issue.
