Calls seem really cheap right now so I will dabble buying a few to see what happens.
What calls at what price do you think is a good buy for SONY. I was looking at the $25 and $30 calls in 1/2027. Any suggestions?
I was trying to execute 3-4 trades and was unable to. Worked out in my favor because when I was able to do them the price was a little lower.
Thanks. Would you suggest shares, calls or both.
I have some knowledge and investment in all but SONY. Could you give me a quick rundown on the reason to invest in them.
OUST is creating a dilemma for me. My retirement account is up 35% YTD mostly because of now having nearly 20% of my account in OUST. I need to do some CC's to actually be assigned but not sure where to place the proceeds. Thinking about ZETA and KRMN but asking if you have any other suggestions. It has been a great ride but I now have 2027 calls and $75K in shares and thinking I could wait for a dip or invest in other places such as NVDA, AMZN and GOOGL. Need to get a little cash out for expenses but I have not had a good dilemma like this before. Also may add a little to NBIS but my cost basis is much lower than current price.

I had 1 8/21 $50 Call left. Sold it this morning for a $40 loss. Still have 8 $50 calls for Jan and Feb. Down a little right now but I believe they will be alright.
I had been accumulating NBIL under $22 and had 600 shares. Started selling yesterday and finished selling all today. Up over $3500 on this trade. Think I wait for a dip and get back in or use proceed for other things like OUST or ZETA.

I don’t have many shares but I sold 1/3 of my Jan calls.
I received a letter in the mail yesterday saying I did not report my income correctly on my 2023 Louisiana taxes and owe over $1200 for tax, penalties and interest. Checking my tax forms and they say I owe for social security and the $6000 for my federal deduction that I did not claim as income on my Louisiana tax return. The person or computer sending out these notices must not know that Louisiana does not charge taxes on social security. I guess I will be spending hours trying to get this straghtened out tomorrow.
I have 1 $45 CC expiring today but also have 1 8/21 Call so today's price may cause me to lose 100 shares but should help me on my Call. Currently have 1500 shares so losing a few will not hurt long time position.
I have 350 shares average cost $3.88..Huge bag.
I sold 4 calls today and set up some CC's at $45, $50 and $60 this week to reduce my exposure to OUST. I currently have 1500 shares at a cost under $34 and it is now at 19% of my portfolio. Hoping to reduce % this Friday.
I bought 100 shares of NBIL at $18.50 and sold for $23.05. Used most of my dry powder to buy.
I had no cash and wanted to take advantage of the fall so I sold some Apple at $340 and Walmart at $113. I bought 115 shares at $16.95 and another 100 at 12.55. Sold 100 at $22.50 last night and bought some Apple back at $315 and have an order to buy more at $306. Have 300 shares left at avg $19.50. Waiting on earnings before doing anything else.
Doubled my position the last few days in NBIL at $12.65 and $16.95.. now up to 400 shares at avg cost $20. Need NBIS to crush earnings and I will sell some to add in other places.
I have 200 shares avg cost $8.50 and 3 Feb Calls avg price $2.62. I need to add some calls to bring my avg down but waiting on dry powder. I have a large sum, for me tied up in OUST. When it recovers I will probably sell some of my calls to free up dry powder.
