I would do the 7/17 and if it is not assigned would do 7/31 after I pocket the premium.

That is the way I try to buy my conviction stocks. I STO puts and use the premium to lower my cost basis. I think that is a good choice but I always do short dated puts when I am not tying up that much cash. Personally I would not go past 2 weeks but that is the way I play it. But you can get more premium the way you suggest. I would like to hear from others on their thoughts.

My 100 shares are house money and I was thinking of doing a $300 CC for 7/17 but I may change to $250 CC because it seems it is holding down at much lower level. I sold some at $262 three weeks ago. Thinking of adding to my 150 shares of NBIL and wait for the rebound.

I only have shares in NBIS. Added another 1/27 call today now have 2 calls and a 2/27 call. Also added a $25 call 1/27 on ZETA. May do a CC on NBIS tomorrow. for 7/17. The premium looks pretty good for $300 call.

Sold a few of my laggards and got 1 $50 Call 1/27 and 1 $50 Call 2/19 for $17.95 and $18.90.

I have 2 CC's 1/27. How would you go about closing these. I received $2750 premium on these two and have always kept them to expiration before so I was wondering what would be your call in either rolling or getting out of them and at what price. I also have a $55 CC expiring today. I already decided if it gets called I will do a CSP to try and replace my shares.

I got the shares I wanted last week. Still did 2 $45 PUTS, 1 7/2 and 1 7/10 and got $315 in premium. Would be happy to add shares a $45 but prefer to just get the premium. I now have 1235 shares at an adjusted cost basis of less than $31 when taking account for premiums. If I really wanted to add more shares I would consider $48 to $50 Puts.

After PUTS assigned I am up to 1235 shares and 3 calls for 2027. Used most of my spare cash but feeling real good about my positions. Also have 6 CC's and will be doing more when the price rebonds.

To make it simple when BB88 speaks I and many others on the money talk board listen. His DD and conviction buys has been a gold mine for my portfolio.

I bought 2 $50 2/27 and 1 $50 1/27 Calls this morning. Have 1 $40, 1 42.50 and 2 $45 CSP for Friday. Hoping to buy some more shares or will rinse and repeat next week. Currently at 915 shares and would like to keep at least 1000 shares as core holding. Will keep doing CC's for the premiums.

I have done well when the price was in the low 40's. At this higher price I am being a littlodayoe more cautious. Thinking of weekly CSP between $42 and $46 depending on price tomorrow. Was on the road today and only did some CC's.

I sold a little early and only got 29.2% but was happy. I will have a little more cash on Monday because I sold out of eight smaller positions and had a $10 CC on ELVA that got called away. I wanted out of it and set it to sell. Made profit on 7 of 8 trades and took a small loss on FCEL that I probably sold too early. I wanted more cash for NBIS, NBIL and OUST on Monday or Tuesday.

I bought 1 $40 1/27 call this morning and sold it this afternoon for a $410.00 profit. Hope to do the same on Monday as it seems the stock goes down early and then comes back. Options can be good but I learned a lot with NBIS in Nov. I have a $335 CC on NBIS for next Friday that I hope does not get assigned.

I decided to jump in and got 1 for 14.00. I sold some of my non performing stocks this morning to free up some cash. Do you plan on selling for a certain % gain or planning to hold for a while.

For me NBIL is not an investment but a trading vehicle. I try to add to NBIS but not at current price but am holding what I have and doing CC's well OTM. I am trying to get my OUST shares to where my NBIS shares are now money wise.

I started doing a little trading in NBIL, buying when NBIS drops in the low $260's and selling when it approaches $270. Starting small but it has worked so far.

I am still a few hundred shares short of where I want to be. Am doing cash covered puts to try to buy. I have a $42 and $40.5 put that expires tomorrow and it looks like I will enjoy the premium but would not mind if they were assigned. Would like to do a couple Jan 27 CC's for the premium and if it is called still have enough shares left to not be concerned. Please let me know your thoughts on weekly puts for 6/26.
