…and he’s not even close to the worst of them. Politicians using inside information to cash in on the market is truly disgusting. Something needs to be done about this.

nothing about that site says insider trading. It just shows how active they are trading securities. Such a shite thread

I'm sure a full-time Senator has time to independently research, execute and trade 600 times a year.

did you even look at his trades? Mostly blue chips. Doesnt take a rocket scientist to make trades. Just look in the mirror

How do you know Tuberville used inside info?

Do you have proof?

If so, turn him in.

Maybe he is trying to help raise money for AU with all those payouts for fired coaches.

I bet he donates his earning to the school for a tax write off.

Needs to be a fund set up that all nationally elected officials have to park their investments in until after they leave office. Some very generic growth index fund that is tied to American industries and companies. Incentive to make the overall economy grow and prosper, but not individual stocks and companies like they do now

It’s not a crime you dipshit. But if you want some examples of the behavior rather than doing your own research you’re in luck as someone has done it for you:

Senator David Perdue’s biggest stock purchases in February 2020 were for Pfizer, $PFE, repeatedly buying it , up to $260k.

2 weeks later, there is Pfizer vaccine.

He sold the majority of these on April 14, 2020 for a large profit.

Rep. Pat Fallon, who sits on subcommittee responsible for DoD software contracts + cybersecurity, sold up to $250,000 in $MSFT right before JEDI contract cancellation in June 2021.

His committee directly knew of this deal

He has also been investigated before.

Nobody said he’s researching or doing good research. That’s only 3 trades per market day - nothing crazy for an active trader

On July 27th, Nancy & Paul Pelosi sold all 25,000 of their shares of Nvidia, $NVDA.

$NVDA was told to restrict chip sales in China & Russia by the US Government on August 26.

$NVDA is down 20% since their initial sale.
