No need for all that student loan forgiveness then!

Neither is funding regime change in Russia or destroying/rebuilding Ukraine.
Dems won't pay for it. Joe gave all their jobs to illegals.
It is the working classes burden. Dems abandoned the working class for the elites and oligarchs.
Eurotard still believes.

How is this even legal? I bought my house 8 years because i could afford it and last year the noted jumped $300 per fukin month. With a fixed rate.
escrow

Your rate isnt changing, your insurance and property taxes are

They collect all year for payment of these, when insurance and taxes increase and they go to pay, there is a shortage, that shortage gets added to your note. In addition to that, you will also have to pay the monthly increase reflecting your new property tax amount and insurance amount

So if insurance and property taxes increase $1200, that's $100 a month more. Tack on the shortage that needs to be covered to that plus any buffer your mortgage decides is necessary, $100+ more dollars a month

Additionally if you change insurance policies and your mortgage makes 2 payouts in the same calendar year, you will be reimbursing them for that shortage as well. Which is why it is important for you to send insurance refund checks from cancelled policies to your escrow in order to reimburse as best as possible

gasoline has doubled

I don’t believe the job growth numbers.

But I don’t think gasoline prices doubled.

January 2021. $2.42

Today. $3.75.

$1.33 increase. .

54% increase.

And I think that’s off Covid low prices.

Looking back before this administration took over, I was paying between $1.69-$1.89/gal. Right now, same stations around $2.87-$2.99. But the oil reserves are at the lowest levels ever.

you are correct - which honestly sucks, because for me I didn't realize that could happen - granted I am at fault for not researching that side of things, but my mortgage folks didn't volunteer than info either.

OP all over TD this week starting threads on his wins.

Political enemies being fleeced and jailed. Starts a thread celebrating.

Dr. comes out on the dangers of gender swapping kids and gets arrested, homie starts a thread celebrating.

Now this, knowing full well these numbers suck and will be revised down next update....starts a thread.

I have to hand it to the left. They never give up and cannot be shamed.

$1.60 under Trump…$3.30 right now at the station less than a mile from me. Like I said, doesn’t really matter to me, I’m wealthy. My house is paid for and my cars and motorcycles. $977,000 in CD’s.

It’s the younger generation that are fricked with these expenses. But you go ahead and protect your daddy Biden.

We're into full on Soviet bullshite territory at this point. The economy is great, comrade. Pay no attention to your own personal experience of everything getting more expensive and people struggling all over.

$1.60 under Trump

This was for a very short period of time and there was a big reason why the price was this low.

That’s just a lie. The lowest average price under Trump was 1.938 in April 2020.

I don’t care about the politics. But don’t make shite up.

You’ve set them off now OP.

Most around here would rather return to Trump and 2020. What a time to be alive!

IF you actually got this price, it is when crude futures were negative. In other words, they were paying refineries to take the oil.

You think that’s a GOOD economic situation?

The real jobs report today: Full-time workers: -625K Part-time workers: +286K

The media are all running with the narrative that the jobs report was another success.

CNN of course is running this headline:

Latest jobs report shows accelerating job growth despite high interest rates

The Bureau of Labor Statistics published the May employment report this morning. Here are the highlights:

Employers added 272,000 nonfarm payrolls in May vs. 180,000 forecast, according to FactSet

And WTF does this mean?

Oil “reserves” are subsurface, and I guran-damn-tee you they are far from a low. Thanks to long-reach laterals and hydraulic fracturing, we have more oil than ever.

Again, don’t make shite up.
