TDOC was one of my successful COVID stocks and I sold before the merger announcement. Watched the severe (and to me odd) haircut post and have been waiting for an entry point as it has climbed back up. May add some today and dollar-cost average away.

Wow, portfolio all red. Every last one of them.
Glad I’ve been busy at work and didn’t see this happen in real time. I may have stomped on my cat at some point.

Put some VXX in there to smooth things out at least through election.
It really helps on days like this.
And there are political forces against the market now....a paper printing federal reserve, State and local municipality debt is waffeling, bankruptcies on the commercial side are trending the wrong way.
We can’t continue to print out ways out of this mess.... causation and effect - it is coming -

I'll second that notion.
I doubled down on covid depressed sectors last night. The have all held their own against the blood bath. Not much else has though.
Thank goodness for stop-loss.

Looks like something created by a money manager.

I added 10K to my portfolio today in CRWD and it was slightly green so no harm no foul and I’m in at a good price for future returns. Outside of that I was down 12K on existing positions. But...I was up 13K on those positions from Monday and Tuesday
so despite tech-mageddon today I’m still only slightly down for the week, basically back to where I was on Friday which was...6 days ago
and my diversified tax advantaged funds (my real money) are way up for the week. I suspect that most of us long holders are in the same boat
yes it sucks if you are holding at highs to see these big dumps but this is perfectly normal and selling is good for the long term health of the bull run

FSLY back to 77 and my funds are locked up in another stock. That’s what I didn’t want to happen.

I hope it stays low when I plan to buy much more on Tuesday. Long on almost all my positions so honestly it’s not surprising from time to time to see.

Wow KCAC up another 34% today!
Looks like a merger with Qauntumscape.

Bought some QQQ puts this morning, 9/4 expiration.
I bought $3500 (50 contracts) of the $285 strike at around .70. I didn't have the nerve to hold them overnight so I closed them out for a 328% gain. They just traded at $13 a contract, worth $65,000. FML

BIGC has been quite the rollercoaster today. Down 10+% to up 10+% in a couple hours.
