At current sub $4 price a $20 per share deal would be a 400% premium , which…ain’t happening.

This has potential to be a unicorn - low capex, extraordinary profit margins, unlimited use cases, and a patent moat. I would expect a p/e of at least double, if not triple the 12x you are using.

If HGRSF has customers and a government deal lined up, that could happen. If I'm a potential customer, I would rather have a large company like 3M take over the manufacturing, anyway.

A company bidding could pay a huge premium if HGRAF has 40 customer POs in hand for a total of 5000t, and a government deal pending.

I guess what I'm saying is that this feels like it could be planned, to me. The redomicile seems weird, for example. It was an afterthought for a long time, and then it suddenly became THE top priority, and everything else was put on hold. Why? Maybe because the company would be easier to sell?

This is speculation on my part, but again, HGRAF seems to be very stacked in the R&D department, but not in the manufacturing and logistics areas. Seems ideal for them to set the table and hand it off to another company when the manufacturing becomes the focus.

a simpler possibility is that HGRAF licenses the technology to an established materials manufacturer. Seems much cleaner and easier with a reliable ROI for both sides.

I just don’t think there’s any way here at the very start of this that any transaction that starts with a “$B” is in any way realistic

I agree that it would be very hard for HGRAF to produce 4000t, which would give $1B in revenue.

The question is whether there is that much demand. Thats the whole key. If there is. Demand for 10k tons, then you would have to expect an inexperienced team from HGRAF to scale up from scratch. Nearly impossible.

My original point is that government deals and demand are going to determine the value of the company on the market, right now, because they are pre-production.

The whole theory about a sale is that HGRAF does not have the resources and expertise to fulfill the demand. Five or ten thousand tons of demand is worh a lot of money to a buyer, because that demand will multiply over time.

If they don't have the customers, then thwy may as well follow the plan and figure it out and expand as the demand ramp up.

Who knows? I suspect that as we get closer to the vote the price is going to go up, but since we're over a month away from the voter, it could go down in the meantime...

I'm holding steady, but I have enough shares for this to be life-changing if it pops, but was fortunate to buy at a price that it won't kill me if it doesn't.

This is still a stock that has the potential to 10x or 20x in the next year or two. I think it is already near its floor right now. Whether you buy more or not just depends on your belief and what you want.

From the beginning, this was a boom or bust pick, and I personally, view it more positively than I did a year ago. Things may not have happened as fast as we would have liked, but the steps taken continue to be positive. Even if this takes 3 more years to hit $30/share, that is a great return. With a little luck, it could hit $30 within a year. That would be sick.

My gut feeling is that they are sitting on some positive announcements so they can reveal a lot of information In a short period of time on or around the NASDAQ listing. I could be off, but it feels like they have been tight-lipped about things. The flip side of that could be that they haven't made any progress with contracts, government agreements, etc, and they are slow walking things in the hopes of getting some good news to report. I think we'll know after the redomicile.

I ran across this in my Facebook feed. Did the ancient Roman's know more about material science than we knew?

It’d be pretty sick if there was a volcano named “Hyperion” in Italy.

I'd like to know if that volcanic ash had graphite in it, because that would be a seriously good marketing scheme: "Do you wonder why the Roman Collosseum has held up for almost 2 thousand years? Graphene can help your structure withstand the rigors of time..."

“Historians agree that Romans were ahead of their time;
But very few know that Hgraf is ahead of the future…..invest in the only pure graphene mfg before redomicile and Nasdaq listing today….before you’re behind the curve.”

It takes patience. Both the risk and reward levels are higher with buying stocks vs other types of investments...

I mostly swing trade. I never intended to long this stock. Sometimes I kick myself for not selling when it hit $8 because my basis at that time was around $1.80....

Currently 29k shares and down 22.07% with an uncomfortable basis at $4.23. The reason I am still holding is because I believe this thing is going to jump bigly when certain milestones are achieved. Be patient for just a few more months.

Yep. What happens in the next 6 months is going to make or break this stock. As I said before, this stock is not far above the floor, now, IMO, but the potential ceiling is a long way up.

I hear you. Especially with the market as squirrely as it has been lately. I tend to buy stocks I believe in and hang on to them. I get in trouble when I swing trade, or buy option contracts, which I occasionally do, just for fun. I get in trouble because there are times fo the day/week where work doesn't allow me to pay attention and I always end up an hour late and a thousand bucks short.

I buy growth stocks and hold on to them as long as the narrative that made me purchase them in the first place holds up. I will not hang on to a losing stock in hopes of a bounce back if it looks like a dog. I sell it and thank the powers that be that I don't have to pay taxes on it, and find somewhere else to invest the money. Hanging onto a stock long term also means the tax bill is lower, so there's that.

Very interesting to have a very large institutional investor stop by the HQ that has a sector in disruptive industrial tech...
