Yesterday, Schwab tried to get me to loan my shares for shorting which I had no interest in doing and, thus, refused the offer.

The shareholder meeting is all over X. Monday is going to be a great day.
As far as share count, I’m at 1000. Iv been buying over the last year as it dipped and/or derisked along the way.
I don’t have a large bank account but have put all I can into this one as well as mostly OUST and DRAM for a least a half arse attempt at diversifying. My main investing is through my 401k so this is my aggressive investing.
The plan is to pull my total deposited investment at $20 (12% of my total shares at $20) and let the rest ride for awhile.

Based on this news, there is probably a shorter or two who owes you a debt of gratitude.

I bought 5k extra shares on Thursday's dip because I had the money from selling my CRWV calls. I was planning on selling them at the first spike in price and almost did it yesterday, to buy some more options. I couldn't make up my mind on the options and was kicking myself for not taking advantage of selling.
Then this news broke, and I'm laughing. Seems like the 1x1 meetings with the investors were well timed. That could mean that this event doesn't go unnoticed by institutional buyers.

I think some good things probably happened in one-on-one meetings, as well as this news of taking the steps to complete the redomicile. I think this will send us over $5, but the lack of updates on all of the good happenings hampers the building of higher floors.
Once the redomicile is complete, I expect news on a regular basis. Not a flood, but a flow. The redomicile and uplist should run concurrently. I see us climbing steadily in Dec. but still climbing slowly until then.

Yes, but the shorts have turned this into a yuge resistance point. They get very active when it busts $5. This latest news should send them into a frenzy to cover. Diamond hands holding, with no shares for sale, could cause it to go parabolic.
We will see new ATH's before 2027.

I'm okay with this. I think they got in a bit of trouble by giving out predictions that were overly optimistic.
I have never gotten the impression that next steps are never going to happen, only that the steps are going to take longer than Kevin Bambrough says. They keep taking minor steps with hiring experienced people, working towards redomicile, exchange listing, and production, without speculation over government deals and massive contracts. It feels like they aren't speculating anymore, but more like they are not telling us things they know...

My feelings on them being slow to milestones are because their lack of experience in general in new tech start ups and their lack of knowledge of the intricacies of manufacturing and scaling up.
I think they just moved too slowly. And their initial formation was too small and they went public too soon.
But I’m still here and still believe in the technology. Just execute.

Today’s going to be a good day. I have a deposit pending that I wanted to scoop up more at open but it doesn’t look like it’ll settle before the bell. Damn it!
