All of my shares went back on loan this morning. FWIW

Isn’t this usually a good sign? Seems like this often happens before a run.

Seems like it usually happens before a drop, imo.

I find it interesting that your shares go in/out of loan. A large chunk of mine have been loaned out for was looks like a few months (given the prior months accrual that have been paid out.)

How much are you earning per share in these loans?

I have no idea how that works. I’m sure I have to enroll or qualify somehow.

This is a discussion on X about Hydrograph having a NCAGE code which is NATO procurements.

X HRAPH Investors

"Why is this code essential?
Unlocks U.S. Defense Procurement: Obtaining an NCAGE code is a mandatory prerequisite for registering in the U.S. government's SAM (System for Award Management). Without it, non-U.S. entities or foreign parent-linked subsidiaries cannot bid on or receive U.S. federal or defense contracts."

What Does This LDA Registration Mean for HydroGraph?

HGRAPH Invesotrs on X

- Client: HydroGraph USA, Inc.

- Registrant (Lobbying Firm): Covenant Government Affairs, LLC (A D.C. firm specializing in government affairs, defense, national security, and public policy).

- Billing Activity: After initial registration in October 2025 (Q3 report filed as No Activity), HydroGraph has maintained a consistent retainer of $30,000 USD per quarter starting in Q4 2025 through Q2 2026.

Why This Matters for Investors:

- Direct Access to U.S. Federal Agencies: Retaining a dedicated D.C. advocacy firm is standard procedure for companies pushing to open doors at the Pentagon, U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Energy (DoE), and key congressional committees.

- Backing Up the Defense Strategy: Combined with their active NCAGE Code, this confirms HydroGraph is actively working Capitol Hill and federal channels to position its high-purity graphene as a strategic/sovereign critical material for U.S. defense supply chains.

- Serious, Sustained Commitment: The continuous quarterly filings throughout 2026 demonstrate ongoing, active engagement with decision-makers in Washington.

I’ve been reading that too. Don’t know what it means but it seems good.

It means that the the Pentegon and NATO are buying small amounts of HG graphene. Looks like a total of $90,000.. it’s a small amount but Hydorgraph is listed as an approved active vendor to the the US and NATO.

Yes it’s good. For now.

Apparently the CEO exercised around a quarter million stock options a day or two ago. Good sign.

At what price?
0.25 per share.
Also it appears she has not sold them yet so as long as she holds and does not sell we are good. It appears.

Damn, wonder what color lambo she got.

But I’m somewhat curious if this is related to the re domicile/uplisting. I wonder if the option only can be exercised on the Canadian exchange and then ported to the US exchange. Re: she has to own the shares or else they go worthless. I also don’t know how many remaining options she has so she just might be getting a new lambo or down payment on a pad in ATX.

I don’t think it means she sold. It means she was able to buy for a cheap price.
