Apparently this means nothing. I am reading that the value of the physical Hyperion's, office furniture, pencils, real estate, etc., is what the exit tax is based on. With lost capital in monthly burn, they will be in a deficit and owe nothing. If true,

I have 2000 shares at 2.50 a share. At what point are you guys considering adding more?

If you believe in the stock, the time to buy is now. It’s lower than most of us expected it to fall and I pray that it doesn’t get any lower.
FWIW I thought HGRAF would do whatever they had to do to avoid sub-$4 to not affect the uplist. Once again, I was wrong.

My guess is that they want the valuation lower when they move from Canada to TX.

I've heard conflicting reports on the hold up for the redomicile.
As I mentioned earlier, we had never heard the word "redomicile" uttered regarding HGRAF, but for the last two months, it appears that all announcements are being held up because of this legal task.
Kjirstin said that redomicile and NASDAQ listing will happen at the same time - whether that's literally at the same time or within close proximity.
At any rate, I have heard that the redomicile requires a shareholder vote, and that hasn't happened. I believe they have to give 30 days notice before holding a shareholders vote. Again, I'm not an expert, but the guy who said this certainly thinks he is.
After dealing with NBIS, I know that I got in early, and the story has not changed. I also do not see that the management team is panicking or otherwise pumping out PR fluff to try and keep the share prices up. They are just going about their business.
So, I'm waiting for the redomicile notice, which could be the trigger for everything else...

I bought in around $1 and today it automatically sold when it hit $3. Massive win but I'll jump back in if it drops again.

I get why people take profits. You don't actually lock in gains until you sell.
But if you're planning to buy back in when it dips anyway (HGRAF is probably going to have plenty of dips), then why sell in the first place if nothing has changed with the company. Right now it's just a lot of "re domicile" noise and what seems like day traders getting impatient. If that's you, then ignore me. If you're in it for the long term, then I'd rather just accumulate.
Selling to buy back in later will work if you nail the timing sure, but you have to be right twice. Once on the sell and once on the buy back. If it takes off before you get back in, now you're chasing it or even never getting back in cause it's more "expensive" than you want.
HGRAF swings hard in both directions. A big red day can turn into a huge green week pretty fast. Unless you've already got buy orders sitting at the price you want, it's easy to miss one of those big runs.
Anyways, congrats on the winning trade regardless.

Let’s place bets on today’s ending share price
Over or under? $4
I’m pessimistic and say under.

Under, I assume we'll get a pop and it will fizzle back down.
I can't help but wonder if they wanted to hold this news and combine it with other big events for a huge spike, but now felt pressured to release something given what the stock has done in the last few weeks.

I guess it’s all a question on if this just validate the current price that they can produce 350 tons per year and the PE is in line with the current price
Or
Do you view this as a huge catalyst and milestone and getting production rocketed up so you look at a 40 to 50 PE instead?
I’m going with the later
Primarily because this has to be the last of the FUD about the company being legitimate or not. The new hires, the factory all of this is going to happen now…no doubt now.
The only question really now is how profitable will they be in the next couple years?

Also read the PR carefully.
The entity that entered into the agreement with western
Is now known as the subsidiary “Hydrograph USA”
That could be huge hidden news and a hint of some stuff that’s about to happen
We’ve all been worried about the expediting red domicile
This might be the speedway or at least work around while that happens

I agree and that was my first thought too. There are still a lot of X posters trying to tag it as a pump and dump but this should end that.
I”m 100% that the company is legit. Can they execute and reach the high expectations? Only time will tell.
