Another interesting theory on the Discord thread:
We've all been clamoring for news and the executive team has been very quiet. Why? I've said that they are waiting for the right time to maximize the impact of the announcements by going back-to-back-to-back, once they have contracts to announce.
However, a guy on the Discord thread brought up the theory that HGRAF may announce that they have a deal with the US Army and the Corps of Engineers to build a plant.
If you think about it, we were expecting them to open the new headquarters in Austin, but nobody (even KB) was discussing the "redomicile" aspect of that. I think we thought that would just happen at some point, but all of the sudden, it looks like everything was put on the back burner and redomiciling became the number one priority.
In addition, they have not announced a gas contract or a location for the production plant. Possibly because it will be on government land?
I don't know if that is even a possibility, but it could be that the government is ready to invest in graphene and they need the redomicile to be complete so they can officially accept a government contract and announce that they are building a shite-ton of Hyperions to meet the contract.
There you have it. The conspiracy of the day. Now poke holes in it.

I really hope that grapheme proves to be the miracle material that we’re all being sold. That’s a concern of mine. I’m pretty confident we’ll hit the milestones but will it be the next big thing?
Time will tell.

HGRAF is showing up as an invalid symbol for me in schawb, anyone else seeing that?

It's a foreign stock and sold on the Canadian Stock Exchange. You may have to request access on Schwab.
I use Fidelity and it is fine, although it does give me some sort of message when I buy/sell...

I've been holding it in schawb since January this is the first time it's showing this error

There are other questions, as well.
Is HGRAF graphene far superior to other products out there?
Is thousands of tons of graphene production realistic? Given their extremely low load levels, maybe they are overestimating how much will be needed?
How long will it take for it to get to widespread use? What if it HGRAF's patents expire before it really takes root and is used in high volumes we expect?
There are a lot of questions, BUT, if they do have a government contract in the wings, this thing could be huge. Also, this type of product tends to snowball. Once one manufacturer starts using it, their cometitors will bring it to market fairly quickly, rather than concede the competitive advantage. The first to market may take a while, but it could grow rapidly, after that.

Where would the acetylene come from would be my number one question?
They are still going to need a commercial gas pipeline into the manufacturing facility, no matter what.

It might be in Belleville. It could be that the government grant will build the plant and the Army Corps of Engineers will be involved in the build.
I don't know. I could be full of shite. It won't be the first time.

Apologize if I'm an idiot but wouldn't you just use some of the gains to pay for the taxes?
Yes and then money that I schemed for, planed for, worked for would belong to the government instead of me. The did diddley to earn it, except work against my success.
See the Covid ordeal, followed by the Covid shot fiasco. Look at the "Weapons of mass destruction lie, that led to a 20 year war. I would be such a better steward of my money, paying taxes when I buy something unnecessary.

a deal with the US Army
The Nordic princess has hinted, stronger each time, that the military has shown an interest. She does make it clear she cannot elaborate. Every time I hear this, I think Harris/3m, Lockheed, Raytheon, Northrup Grumman, etc., being invited to a mandatory meeting, where they are instructed to bring a team of different strains of engineers and upper-level mgmt.
They will listen to a presentation by HGRAF personnel, followed by an extensive, 3-day question and answer session. At the end, everybody agrees that High grade graphene is a wonderful addition to the family.
The military reps mention some favorable numbers, favorable to all parties, and everybody agrees to work out the details in the very near future.
Does this meeting happen in Sept., Oct., or last May?

Going back to my conspiracy theory - a few months back, the information from HGRAF was pointing to HQ, gas contract, production facilities, NASDAQ, and contracts being the agenda, and that a lot of that was supposed to be completed in Q2.
A couple of months ago, the word "redomicile" became the buzzword, and it went from a legal technicality that nobody talked about to the number one priority, with everything else being pushed to the back burner.
Why? Why the shift from getting the graphene production going, to a focusing wholly on redomicile? Why did they go radio silent on releasing any information?
Were they complete morons who didn't have a clue about tax implications of what they were doing? Did they suddenly realize that they were going to pay a lot of taxes if they didn't switch up their priorities?
Oooorrr, did some one from the US Goverment come to them and say, "We'd like to invest in your company as a matter of national security, but we're limited in what we can do because you are a Canadian company and not US based. We would really recommend that you redomicile ASAP. Oh, and you can't tell anybody, due to national security reasons.".
Again, poke holes in the argument...

Seriously though, whether or not it's true, "redomicile" went from something that wasn't even talked about to now the only thing that matters. There must be a reason for that, and I'd love it to be your reasoning

How long does it take to change your address and write a check?
We’re waiting.

For a publicly traded company, that check could be a bit of a problem.
Value of IP and future contracts could be the fly in the ointment. Im sure Canada would like to get their hooks into as much of HGRAF's future revenue stream as they can.
