I sold 725 shares last Friday with a cost basis of 36.50 Kicking myself Left almost 20k on the table
Will you sell cash secured puts with the cash?

Thanks man. If it wasn’t for you though I wouldn’t have even missed out in the first place. Really appreciate you sharing on here. At the end of the day I was up 10% in my fun portfolio in June, so can’t complain that much.
Still trying to figure out what I’m going to do next. I have almost 50k in dry powder ready to go.

That’s some nice powder.
With that much cash QCOM could be a great place, as well as QNT.
I own QNT 2028 calls.
Both are slower plays.
But QCOM seems undervalued for what’s ahead.

If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
So I’ll probably just wait for you to start your next conviction thread and jump in
It’s worked out well with CCXI and OUST
I also still like OUST. Just need to be patient and find the new bottom. It was in the 38-40 range.

Up over 100%, considering taking initial investment out and letting profit ride.
Targeting taking initial investment out with plans to rebuy OUST on next -5-10% day. Curious of your thoughts.

I say this as a non-expert who knows just enough to be dangerous.
This is my opinion. I find stocks that I believe in, like OUST and buy shares and hang on to them. The old saying is that nobody loses money by taking profits. There is also a saying that you don't lose money until you sell.
Some people like playing the day-trade game, but I find that if most of my portfolio is in stocks that I plan to hold long term, I am much less stressed about my account. I don't worry when OUST goes down 10%, because I know it will hop back up, because it's a good company with a good future. I destress while a lot of folks start trying to guess whether they should buy or sell.

I'll share my experience again. I day traded NBIS around the 30s. Then I sold for a few thousand of profit, and it rocketed to $100 a share and now $200. I missed out on substantial gains by day trading instead of investing.

I intend to profit at least a quarter million on OUST in 3-5 years. I only have 1,485 shares.
I don’t call anything high conviction unless I can clearly see a 3-5x path forward. I don’t understand many businesses. That’s ok.
I see a 3-5x in NBIS and in OUST. Even from $60 levels.

I’m back in CCXI and NBIS
If OUST comes back down off its high horse I’ll get back in too

I’d think
You’d be able to rotate from NBIS to OUST in the coming weeks.

Down 6% PM. Offering

This makes good sense, and it’s only 5% dilution. All of my prior models account for a good bit more than that. And they’re getting a phenomenal price to ease the pain.
This will more than double their cash on hand. Would love to see another smart acquisition
Time to buy back covered calls?

I have 2 CC's 1/27. How would you go about closing these. I received $2750 premium on these two and have always kept them to expiration before so I was wondering what would be your call in either rolling or getting out of them and at what price. I also have a $55 CC expiring today. I already decided if it gets called I will do a CSP to try and replace my shares.

They robbed me again!!
This is the biggest problem with small caps: secondary offerings. Stock shoots up and then the Board issues more shares to capture the gains at the existing shareholders expense.
I’ve posted here before asking if anyone has developed a system for identifying a company prime for a secondary, especially if they are growing but not yet profitable (i.e. need more cash for ops). Like, if cash on-hand falls below a certain ratio of quarterly expense, expect a secondary offering soon.
