Do you think that it is a coincidence that NBIS is holding it's quarterly earnings report on August 12th, the day AFTER CRWV's earnings report is released? Is this strategic or conincidence?

Just curious. Originally, the scuttlebut was that NBIS would release on August 6th, before they announced 8/12, which is unusually late. In the past, CRWV has gone first and NBIUS seemed to be pulled down by market sentiment regarding neo-cloud capex debt. Like it or not, Nebius is associated with CRWV, at least for the time being.

Just cast my votes for the August 24th shareholder meeting and they have share repurchasing and cancellation of the pre-existing class C share issuance on there. Share dilution fears dragged it down last fall, this could send it in the opposite direction

So are they getting most of their funding from customers prepaying?

The biggest point of Capybara's short report was that NBIS was going to have to borrow $25B for capex next year.

I think regardless the attention on capex spending will only get more intense. It’s the market doing what the market is supposed to do, vetting companies for shareholder value.

I’ll be interested to see how this goes. I’m basically all in on AI adjacent companies (ZETA, OSCR, SHOP, DOCN etc) and have avoided neoclouds entirely. My major money is however deeply invested in the hyperscalers and chips.

For me I feel a little bit safer and I’m ok if I miss out on stuff like NBIS. But all those other companies need NBIS to execute so it’s all linked

Why do i feel like NBIS beats earnings and drops to 150 to retrace recent lows?

50 sma above the 20 day sma with downward pressure heading into earnings? Am I wrong to see the chart this way?

Wow what a boring week for NBIS, last Friday closed at $191, today closed at $190.50

And another stagnant week closing around $188. Anyone else raking in the cash selling cc's on this thing?

you are braver than I am - I've added some calls over this downturn but out to January 27.

This earnings release is going to be incredibly dynamic. Vineland is going to be a short-term drag the more I look at it. It's impossible for them to meet their current timeline. I hope I'm wrong but it's impossible.

But they have so much else going on and so much potential news they could drop about literally 12 countries if they wanted to never mind just standard increases never mind the independence Missouri rumors.

I think they'll be massive movement in the stock. I just don't know what direction I'm confident mid to long-term multiples above where it is but next week I'm nervous.
