ALMOST FREE TODAY!

Great rate. The amort table that shows total interest is what I like to see on these. Mostly principal payments from the beginning!

It was 2.5 yesterday afternoon and my mortgage guy had to leave to get his kids. Called me back this morning and said he could get me 2.25. Locked it immediately.

Going from a 4.25/30 that I am 4 years into.

I jumped on 3.125% 30-year in March...feel like I'm the dumb one now.

Got 2.875 on 30 from First Bank here in NOLA — small closing costs but well worth it. Never moving

I have $5-$10k to put down on a house between $160k-$200k. First time home owner. 800+ credit. Was always of the 10% to 15% down thought process. What should I be doing. Feel like these rates are insane.

Anybody know if banks are doing cash out refi’s right now? I’ve got a pretty big chunk of change on my current house and will be moving soon. I’ve thought about keeping current house to rent out, but would want most of the equity out for new house.

15 year or 30 and what was the house value? Feel like I need to jump. My wife's student loan debt, the only debt we have, will be paid off by December. Wanted to take a year or 2 to save up the $400+/month I dump into that and buy in a few years, but we are not moving from the town we live in now and feel like now is the time to do it even on little savings/liquidity.

30 year. We haven’t had it assessed yet. Almost 2200 sqft, we agreed to just under 200k. I’ve only been working for a year. Wanted to wait another 6 months, to build up my savings a little more. We’ve been living in a shitty apartment to save money, but they have been doing a lot of shite to piss us off lately and our mortgage/home insurance/etc will be just about the same as the rent we were paying, so I said frick it. Lets do it

Holy cow, i may look back into this.

I currently owe about 20 years on a 30 at 3.375, it wasn't worth it last time I checked to move into a 15. But can i get 2.5 or lower?
