I also use my TD Ameritrade account to sell 100 million dollars worth of stock.

I guess it wouldn’t totally surprise me that people have this much money in a basic TD Ameritrade account, but at the same time it just seems like the wrong tool for such large transactions.

One of the big brokerages are probably the best place to keep it because SIPC only covers $500k. TD Ameritrade handles over a trillion dollars in assets so it's about as rock solid as you can get. Plus, if you have large amounts of money they go out of their way to give you a premium customer service experience.

He needs to retire now or go become a doctor or an attorney. He will probably never live up to this again if he becomes a trader.

He raised 25 million from family and friends. When I was 20 I was happy to raise 25 dollars for a bar tab.

Reminds me of the old Steve Martin joke from his standup days:

“Listen carefully - I’m about to reveal to you the secret on how to become a millionaire…

First, get a million dollars. THEN…”

A friend did the math and he couldn't come up to no where near what this kid made. I'm calling BS on it based on math.

TD Ameritrade has over a Trillion dollars of assets. Where would you recommend one putting large sums of money??

I guess Sig Sauer isn't the right tool for a sidearm?

Is Pizza Hut the right tool for generic, bargain Pizza?

Hell, Is Walmart a good tool for purchasing toilet paper?

Geezus.
Tell me you know nothing about investing without telling me you know nothing about investing.

Thinkorswim by Ted ameritrade is one of the most efficient for day trading and stock options.

I’m super excited he’s going to be working with Mind medicine next, it’s a mushroom company out of NYC. I’ve been snapping that up .59 to .79 for the past 6 months. It had a small run to 1.25$ the other day when his name was tagged to it.

ETA stock ticker $MNMD, I’ll be back in at .75
