Today he claims it's gonna retest ~$54.90 in the near future. Did not acknowledge or explain the huge miss yesterday.

They each own that amount. I’m not sure the significance…maybe some restriction on selling them at the moment?

All the board members dumping. I got out. If it goes way low I may get in again. I didn’t make as much as I would have if I would have sold when I should have at 72 but I made a healthy profit at 42.

This is the most overlooked aspect of this exciting show. I thought Jim Cramer was just being condescending when he proclaimed the ape army was selling themselves short by limiting themselves to only GME and AMC.
Apparently, they believed he was sincere, and within days every meme stock was booming. A lot of that firepower likely came from AMC profit taking. The only way AMC prices can stabilize is by finding an influx of rational investors to trade places with the irrational.

I would assume he's referring more to the people who bought their recent dilutionary offerings at highly inflated prices.
