I just watched this amazing video and it sort of makes the case we may very well be at or very close to bottom: LINK

Feel like that dude's head is just floating, and I'm a little to high for that right now.

Haha I can’t take that seriously. The “great reset” ends at 23% down? Hmm… buy my newsletter… hmm. Show me a pnl. Sorry, I too am too high for this

Lower until, as floating head guy points out, fed pivots.

Bottom? LOL, what good new on the horizon do you see that makes you think we are about to go UP?

Gas, through the roof, it may have paused for a moment, but it isn't really going down from "Ridiculous" prices. So even a 15 cent drop is only 3%.

JB is talking about printing more money for retirements that are not for federal jobs?

Green deal is marching on towards brokesville. This is the one that kills me, Trump continued to improve on our environmental issues and to do things cleaner than ANY OTHER president or country. But JB is hell bent on punishing our economy to institute rules and regulations that China, India, Russia and whomever else (about 8/10's of the world) don't give 2 shits about; that won't make a bit of difference if they don't get onboard. So, all we are doing is giving up our economic superiority in the process.

He won't let US companies explore, drill and refine as necessary to regain our global independence.

No sure fire way to know how the elections in Nov will turn out yet if we haven't fix the voter id issues.

Don’t you think it’s plausible, if not a reasonable assumption, that the market has already taken into account that the fed is going to raise rates some more this year? If so, what matters as for our next movement is what’s going to happen next year. There are early indications inflation is reaching its peak. If/when that happens and the fed feels comfortable inflation is under control, don’t you think it’s plausible, if not more likely than not, that they will lower rates early next year and add some gas to the markets?

I think we see a new bottom after Q2 earnings. Companies will begin to miss guidance and lower expectations for the backend due to recession fears…which will drive that much more negative consumer sentiment and the doom loop begins.

I expect a recovery to begin in Q1 2023.

Idk, but sentiment seems to be shifting.
Let's see what the latest reports show this month, and what earnings look like.

There are at least some supply chain problems that are starting to get closer to normal. I could see 2023 being a big rebound year for the global economy

It doesn’t really matter to me at this point since I’ve now become a net buyer of stocks. Except for a small trading acct, I’m buying the

I say we go lower but not as bad as the doom and gloom crowd that usually shows up here on the big red days. Earnings will be down for many but i see that only lasting a qtr or two. Next year at this time i think people who didnt buy now and in the next few months will regret not buying. Job report is still strong As long as people have jobs they will continue to buy and spend even with high rates/gas/food.

No.

Multiple contraction is complete.

Now it’s time for earnings contraction.

Halfway there

You ever notice how people start complaining about Louisiana and say they’re moving to Texas and you never hear from them again? Do y’all think the guards just shoot them once they get past lake Charles?
