Looks like there’s a cash advance charge.

Any creative ways to get some cash?

Thought Walmart or other places let you get like $100 extra cash at register for each person but not sure if that was just debit or credit?

Got a suspicion you won’t have good credit (or limits) for long.

ETA: it’s a bad idea and I think anywhere will flag it as a cash advance.

So why are you trying to get cash from your credit card?

Discover credit cards you can get cash back at grocery stores, it just increases you the total on your grocery bill.

I think you can use the CC as your payment method on PayPal and send money to another PayPal account you setup. You will be charged a 2.9% fee.

And you want to use a credit card to get cash advances? You’re looking at around a 5% fee for the cash advance transaction plus 20-25% interest rate.

Did the new card have one of those 0% balance transfer offers? Thats about the only sensible way to get cash off a credit card

You can use a credit card with USmint.gov.

I would not recommend it.

There are several cash transfer apps that take CC's, but of course for a fee.

I’d say that it is… but I have to admit, the guy above you caused me to have an impure thought or three with this:

But it’s not the 80s anymore, so thoughts gone!

With Discover you get 5% cash back on PayPal transactions, but they cap you at $1500. Still its free money.
