Right now crypto basically moves in sync with the tech stocks, and BTC even though it’s been crashing too, it’s been showing more strength than stock market, if this continues I think it starts it’s next boom earlier than the stock market and this one is gonna at least double the all time high. I’m thinking like maybe late 2020s though.

Seems like you guys have run out of greater fools. I am sure it will swing up and down, as it is basically the most manipulated trade out there. Retail traders will mostly lose their shirt.

The governments of the world are not going to let you mess with their fiat currencies.
It will never take off.
It will never take off.

we're well past the point of 'never taking off', it took off years ago we are starting to see it become adopted into society more and more even.
at this point there's nothing that governments of the world can do to stop it, the wise ones would do well to hop on board. we have even started to see governments getting involved with instead of shunning it. some local govs are mining it, utility companies are starting to mine...arizona and other states pushing for it to be considered legal tender. others accept it for payment of taxes/debts.

Dude the next possible bullrun in crypto is years away. Sit back and accumulate here in about 4 months.

When anyone can start a crypto currency that takes away the scarcity. There are new ones each week. Which dilutes the investing.

You might be able to get lucky accumulating some alt coin that has alleged utility but I'm not planning on putting more than some loose change into the space at this point

Was Satoshi a real guy or urban legend? I’ve always wondered.

Real guy using a fake name.
Most evidence points to it being Nick Szabo.

Historically the time to buy is in the year leading up to the next halving cycle in 2024..
Although no coin has ever really existed during a high inflation depression economy.... so could be uncharted territory

Really? It’s a currency right?
Where can I spend it?

A) we better hope they never hop on board by creating their own crypto currency or they will have totalitarian control of every transaction in the US
B) If you don’t think the NSA/CIA can and will crash the access points to crypto and shut down if needed use of crypto if it becomes a true threat to the fed and it’s current petro currency I would advise you to read up on the history of the CIA and what happens to those it deems a threat.

Arizona is pushing to make it a form of legal currency.
It’s a process due to the novel nature of the subject but there is legit interest
Yes the same Arizona where citizens can carry concealed weapons and where sheriff Joe ariapo was voted for many decades to serve his county and state
A land that knows freedom
This is not backwards lefty dystopias like ny or California
But Arizona is pushing for crypto and bitcoin legitimization
That is a sign that the good guys see the value in this

So I can’t spend the “currency” anywhere.
Gotcha.

colorado accepts it for payment of taxes/debts. a few others are working on bills to accept. Arizona trying to have it considered legal tender. you can spend it at some private businesses or peer to peer.

thats a hard lol at crashing access points to crypto and shutting it down. what are they gonna do, outlaw the internet and computer hardware around the world? that genie is out of the bottle.
your first point actually has some merit though, although its still impossible they could ever have totalitarian control over every transaction, the CBDC would be a huge obstacle, but still wouldnt end crypto.
I would advise you to read up on cryptocurrency if you think it can just simply be shut down like that.

I don't 100% subscribe to the idea of it being a currency in that I pay you 10 btc for your house (though you could do that, if you're so inclined). Rather, I see most of it as a utility token that supports a trustless, decentralized network that operates outside the boundaries of traditional centralized systems.

I get the free whatever it is that Coinbase gives out for watching those videos, but that is the extent of my stake. Id give everything i have to someone for $50 bucks and a ham sandwich, and i think the ham sandwich has more future value that the crypto.
